*Falling is not needed to learn. A few students out of the 180+ had minor falls due to being overconfident beyond following instructional guidance. They quickly resumed learning after.

You want to be able to ride, but feel nervous about learning and failing.

Do any of these sound familiar?

"I tried learning from a friend or family member and failed. They got frustrated with me for not learning quickly enough."

"I fell when learning before. The fall led me to feel scared when I think about getting on a bike."

"I did not learn to ride as a child. As an adult, I learn physical skills slowly."

If any of these sound like you, you are not alone. The reason you did not learn before is not because you’re clumsy, “too old,” or not fit enough.

You were never given a safe way to learn. Zero to Pedaling exists to fix that and walks you through step-by-step one skill at a time following the same process that worked for 180+ adults. You might actually learn faster than you expect with expert guidance.

Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve waited long enough. If you met the prerequisites, the difference between staying unable to ride and riding is a clear system, a safe plan, and several hours of practice. Zero to Pedaling gives you the first two. The third is up to you.
